IBD Prep

Hey guys, I'm currently a HS Sophomore and pretty convinced to work in PE or IBD after undergrad. I can say that I've done pretty much any possible thing to get into targets. Apart from that, I got an accounting internship in Summer 2024, as well as a PWM internship in GS for Winter 2024. What else can I do to increase my chances for PE and IBD?
Do you think that raising $80K+ Capital for an organization I found during high school affect my chances for Investment banking and maybe my applications as summer analyst
Also how would winning the IEO (International Economics Olympiad) affect my app?
