I'll be fine, right?

I am interested in a career in investment banking / high finance, but I know little about the normal career path. I am a current senior at a non-target (community college), with a low GPA (sub 2.5), no job experience (no job ever), and practically no connections or network.

However, I am 6'6''. I'll be fine right? Like at a minimum I can land at an LMM

Any comments or insights would be greatly appreciated.

Though the GPA and non-target don't do you a favor, def still a chance if you're a people person w that height IMO. My buddy didn't even know what ib was and just hit it off well with another MD who was like 6'4 (my friend was 6'5) and he pretty much strolled into the job. But network your ass off cause you have to get in person for that to happen.

I think the bot responds only when no one else comments for a certain amount of time.

There should be a command to summon the Monkey Bot.

If you’re 6’6 you should be aiming above Middle Market since you’re above market average in height. In your case I think a few years at FTP would serve you well since they pay the HIGHEST base
