In a debt syndicate role and can’t find an exit, worried about being laid off, what to do?

Second year analyst at a Levfin syndicate role at a bank. Went thru rounds and rounds of private credit/lateral to coverage interviews but all strikeouts so far. Worries about no promo/being laid off given mid performance reviews. Wondering what’s next?
