Career Resources
Your situation will be kind of hard but definitely do-able. Your goal should be to intern during the school year in something finance-related so you have something on your resume while you do junior year summer recruiting. Yes, summer internship recruiting for BB and other giant firms probably start too early for this to be impactful but middle market, boutique, and regional shops likely will recruit later which buys you some time. Also, jr summer internship is important but that isn't the end-all be-all. If anything, you still have full-time recruiting after that.
