Include Cover Letter when not asked
I’m applying to an IB freshman discovery day program and I’m curious if you should include a cover letter with resume even if it doesn’t ask for it. To apply to the program it only says to attach resume/CV but I don’t know if attaching a CL would help me, or just straight up hurt my chances and reflect poorly.
