Don’t have any relevant work experience for IB spring week CV. Only things IB-related are a couple insight days - do these have a place on the CV or will they not be taken seriously, seeing as they’re not actual work experience and are only a day long? On the other hand, I doubt that every other 18 year old has great work experience anyway. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, along with any other spring week cv tips.

Yes finance related insight days will be useful to include as well as any tangentially related finance related exp. Perhaps online courses/events can be useful e.g. the JPMorgan forage course (HR mentioned they like to see it). Also include examples of you excelling/winning at competitions e.g. sports/other achievements to help set you out apart as an impressive candidate. Think about interesting hobbies/experiences that you can include too to help you stand out. Make sure CV is well formatted e.g. use wso CV format and has no mistakes. Rolling basis matters a lot so apply the day they open (use the Bristol tracker/LSE tracker to get an idea of dates but do check yourself as occasionally they are slow/inaccurate). Nail your tests (can practice using JTP) and get good at doing hirevues. Lots and lots of resources online ab all this (LSE BIG insta page, WSO etc)
