Internship at a medium-sized Hedge Fund (500M€ AUM) or BB ?

Good evening,

I'm currently a French student in my final year of master's degree. I have two internship offers:

1. An internship at a medium-sized Hedge Fund (500M€ AUM), which has been established for about 5 years, where I'll work as a Quant Researcher. My main tasks will involve assisting in the design and optimization of systematic trading strategies, using machine learning tools, and researching asymmetric loss functions suitable for predicting stock returns within Gradient Boosting Machine algorithms.

2. An internship at Bank of America as a Quant Analyst, although I don't have the exact job title yet. It will be in the Interest Options Desk.

I aspire to work in a hedge fund in the future while remaining in Europe. Having Bank of America on my CV would be advantageous, but the hedge fund offers more interesting tasks where I believe I'll learn more.

What do you advise me to do?

Thank you.
