I wouldn’t unless your favorite book truly is a finance book.

I think this is a personal fit question or a question to see what kind of person you are and if you read for pleasure. That’s why I’d be more honest about it instead of picking some finance book to bash them over the head with.

You want to come across as a real person. They can (and have) read your resume. Give them some color. I’ve been asked what my hobbies are a decent amount of times. I would never say “making DCFs” or something like that, even if that were true (it’s absolutely not).
