Interview With MDs Manager
I am in the process of interviewing for a lateral position at a BB. I’ve met with the whole team in the US and the interviews went well, but now the MD wants me to meet with his manager who sits in a different region. Does this usually happen or is this just to check the box and get the final sign off? I thought my last interview was going to be the final one so just trying to see what the norm is. Thanks!
