I expect myself to graduate May 09. Given the market condition, should I focus on the Asia market?
I believe I have a good edge because I am native in Cantonese and Mandarin. I go to non-target, 3.8+, tons of ECs, working at a boutique in US now.

You have a good chance if you can indeed speak cantonese and mandarin. You also have IB experience which is also good. The only problem is a lot of the banks are trying to fill up their FT class with as many SAs as possible. Apply nonetheless, as markets may recover and you will have a good chance.
