Is it dumb to think about MBTI as one of the job requirements?
Hi, I'm a junior majoring Business, finance oriented and an ISFP person.
I would be happy to find a future job in Investment Banking, especially M&A or S&T, but at the same time I wonder if my personality fits those required in the fields aforementioned.
ISFP person is generally known to be demure, calm, moderate and sometimes hesitant to make an important decision. (For me, it's not that hard task but I think it takes more time compared to others.)
I think aggressive and goal-oriented person is an ideal type for finance, specifically M&A.
What do you guys think? Is my idea worth considering or should I shut up my mouth and go for my job prep?
