I am a junior at a west coast target, 3.6 gpa, with ok internship experience-- nothing special. My interview skills haven't been the best on Zoom, and I don't have any IB SA offers. Is it too late to get a respectable paid offer right now? Should I start hitting up regional boutiques? Bummed out but still gonna grind.
