Is it too late to start networking
Hi, sophomore at HYPSM, no connections in banking. Is it too late to start networking for SA 26 roles? If I haven’t started, how many calls should I be having per week?

The second best time to start networking: right after now.
You need to be emailing dozens per day because hit rates are very bad and can fluctuate depending on the time of year and then hopefully those convert to calls/Zooms/coffee chats.
