Is there hope for me?

I've been dinged for first rounds everywhere I applied to except SunTrust, Capital One, and a MM IB. Got dinged by ST during superday and dinged by the MM first round. Still waiting to hear back from Lazard cap mkt but hope is dismal.

No. I would just go straight into retirement.

Just keep trying. Why do you think you're bombing those interviews? You're clearly generating enough interest to be invited but why are you being dinged? Figure out what the issue is because it might not just be competition/better candidates.
