You should never step your foot off the gas pedal. Don't stop recruiting until you have an offer in your hand. I got rejected from a BB 1.5 week after my super day and lost of a lot of time when I could be pushing.

I'm in the same boat with Morgan Stanley. I had a Summer Research Associate super day two weeks back and haven't heard back at this point. I e-mailed the recruiter a couple days ago but did not get a reply. My guess is that they had other candidates who they made an offer to, and are waiting to hear back from them before making an offer or (more likely) dinging. Its a frustrating process to say the least...

I imagine some people get rejected soon after so let's assume that I (and you ZBov - though I am going for the Summer Analyst position) am on a waitlist.

Do you guys know the usual time before expiry for those offers which some people get soon after the superday? It must be that case that they will have to decide in the not so distant future...

is it MS/GS?

These seem to be very slow over here, I only got a reply after about 2 weeks. Dont sweat it.

Also, dont email - call. If you dont know the number - call the switchboard and ask for Graduate Recruitment. It's OK to call and ask.

Good luck!
