Job Offer Fell Through, What Now?

I just graduated in December majoring in applied econ/ finance with a credit analyst offer (had a credit internship) that was pretty decent pay for first job out of college and for the rural setting/ lower price index.  I didn't want to do credit forever, but I figured a few years in a job that had something to do with finance and I could go for an MBA or just get CFA and pursue another path.  This offer fell through and so now I am stuck without a job.  I still have a small amount of time to apply to some MBA, but I think without some more desk experience it wouldn't be worth it yet even if just to fill up my time. There is the potential of doing a 1 yr masters in applied econ or 1 yr masters in finance also.

Looking around, it seems like I am late in the hiring cycle to get something good, and I might not have been the most competitive in the first place.  I was never going to be at a top IB, HF, or PE.  I am only looking to live in Colorado or Arizona, and am interested in doing anything from business analytics in a small unit to working deals at a boutique IB, to doing MC, or really anything that can keep me learning and getting paid enough.  There are a lot of good CF opportunities in the area I am looking at moving, and maybe I could go for MBA to that.

My question is, what do I do now? Should I just be optimistic and apply for as many positions as I can and hope something works out? Should I try to go to grad school? Do people continue hiring for new graduates beyond the normal fall hiring period? I'm really kind of lost at this point due to the uncertainty of future success and the reality of bills, etc, and am looking for any advice on where to go from here. Thanks.
