Job Question

Hi, I graduated in econ (which I am regretting) from a target public school this summer, and I don't have a job. I am applying to finance and pension related analyst positions for the state, but my ultimate desire is to work as an analyst for a multinational bank or Big 4 company. I plan to work for the state for no more than 3 years and then attend graduate school. But I am assuming that I will attend a mediocre school (3.3 gpa). Can I get a job that I want in the private sector by age 27? I just turned 21.

You need a more positive attitude. I am getting depressed just reading this. Your username is 'worthless'...trust me, people can feel your negativity and that isn't helping you reach your goals.

What you mean you regret econ? A major doesn't mean much by itself; it's how you market it and yourself. And you should be proud you went to a good school.
