Keep hearing mixed responses:Is it alright to send cold networking emails this week asking ppl to chat?
I avoided past 2 weeks because Christmas and New Years. I want to be courteous but also really need to network. Any feedback is appreciated
No huge issues with sending this week, but generally very busy with everybody coming back to the office (including clients and buyers / investors) so you should expect a relatively low response rate.

I agree with this. I've sent them with the thought that if they don't have time to reply this week, hopefully they'll reply next week or when they're available.
Wait until next week, this is holiday shortened and lots of PTO as people travelled out of town for New Years.
