Off my careers website, Oppenheimer is currently looking for a public finance IB summer analyst, Credit Agricole is looking for an investment banking SA, HSBC looking for a markets SA. Evercore still needs an SA for their private funds group (although long shot given your no finance background but couldn't hurt to try). Standard Chartered is also looking for interns for various roles. These are all for summer 2018. Maybe reach out if you have any alumni working at any of those places, or otherwise just email HR your resume and say you'd be interested in any open positions.

Also a ton of random smaller boutiques still looking for interns (ex. Roadmap Advisors in VA, C.L. King in NY, Olsen Palmer in DC, Grace Matthews in Milwaukee, Bank Street Group in Stamford - and those are just some of the ones that are advertising positions). If you have alumni at any of those firms email them, if not just email HR or some random banker and say that while you don't have direct finance experience, you do have X, Y, and Z and are really eager to learn, etc...

There are also a ton of small PE firms that will offer unpaid or barely paid internships if you're into that.

-Mediobanca (Italian Investment bank handling small to mid cap size deals) is looking for various interns in Milan but requires Italian.

-Ondra Partners hires on a rolling basis so send them an email, there might still be place

-Torreya Partners does biotech M&A and also hires on a rolling basis so pop them an email too

-The Valence Group hires in a rolling basis

-Vermillion Partners too

If I can think of more i'll add them
