Late Recruiting

After a dreadful winter of recruiting, I only have a job in a non-finance area. I am a sophmore at a target, but set my sights way too high for sophmore year. I am now trying to find out if there is still a chance at me getting a position within the industry. Are there specific divisions still recruiting? Boutiques?

Boutiques. If you're in a big finance city (Chicago, NY, SF, LA, Houston), chances are that you can still find boutiques that will take you on. PWM works as well. I'm a freshman at a target/semi-target and I did all my contacting within the past few weeks, and it turned out successful (got good news just yesterday). PWM was the easiest in terms of just calling up my local branch and sending them a resume.
