Lateral move with paycut….
I’m at a well capitalized family office as an AM analyst. 3 yrs of analytical experience. Promotion and growth here is slow. Interviewed for analyst role at a smaller but faster growing company. Got an offer but it’s a $10k paycut. Is a lateral move for a paycut ever worth it?
