London Internship - Which one to choose?
I have to choose between the two offers I have for an off-cycle internship. The end goal is to use these to land interviews at top BBs or EBs. Which one would be better?
1. At one of the UMMs - Think Permira, CVC, Eqt
2. In an MM IB - Think Macquarie, Jefferies, William Blair
I have been more inclined to the second option as this could convert to full time but the UMM PE won't. However a quick search on Linkedin shows that a vast majority of the prioir interns at the PE fund have gotten into the top 5 IBs or EBs.
How should I go about this? Thanks a lot :)
Hi Intern in IB - CB, whoops, looks like nobody chimed in here.... maybe one of these discussions below is relevant:
More suggestions...
Hope that helps.

If your planning to lateral regardless I’d so go with the PE offer for the simple fact that it’s harder to get #1 and Banks know they tend to not convert so will be understanding to why you don’t have a FT offer already from it.
