I was thinking, if I started my own company and hired some employees, it might be good to have a mandatory marijuana test.
The test dates would be announced ahead of time and anybody that tests negative for marijuana would be fired. That's the rule. Nahhh that's too harsh. Maybe a bonus for everyone testing positive. Seems fair.

Also, I support company fitness tests. If you can pass or max out a military PT test, you should be getting a bonus for that.
