March with no Exit lined up, am i cooked?

2nd year analyst in a top group that hasn't been able to convert any offers yet at the end of my stint. I have been looking since the end of last year but ruled out most pe/hf type roles for more lifestyle gigs. I'm not sure why I'm having such a hard time recruiting - I have been to at least 10 final rounds by now but always get hit with a rejection (but HR makes sure to note it was a competitive process and I only received good feedback), or that they're no longer hiring for the position at the moment etc. I've been hearing that the market is bad, but I didn't think it would be this bad? I really don't want to stay in banking so unlikely to take the ASO promote...is it possible to convert something before the summer?
