Metrics to look at - Boxing Club

Hi,

Currently prepping for an itw, I have seen this question pop up : What metrics do you look at for a boxing club?

I would have answered:

Typical metrics one would look at for a SaaS business because members should be registered for a year.. so :

Could you give us your opinion? Would you have given a completely different answer?

Looking at it from a recurring revenue perspective is correct given it's subscription-based but def avoid going full software analysis. NRR doesn't make sense assuming you don't have subscription tiers - just look at churn. CAC and LTV are relevant but only if you have the data points from other boxing clubs / sports clubs to compare them to. Seasonality of revenue is a big component, you also want to look at NWC. Is the equipment owned or leased? Def take into account operating leases.
