Moelis/Lazard still hiring?
Wondering if anyone has any insights into whether Moelis and Lazard have filled all their FT analyst spots in NY offices yet?

I think they might have as NY was my first choice for full time but i will be interviewing for a diff. office.
not sure about 1st year, I do know they are hiring experienced analysts..
I spoke with someone from Moelis recently. Their NY office is full now. Just brought in 30 or so new FT analysts, their biggest analyst team ever.
Almost certain that both offices are still recruiting, but spots are running dry very fast.
Spoke to an alum at Moelis, he said recruiting doesn't start until end of Sept and goes onto October. This is for NY, though he did tell me that their offer rate was a lot higher this year than ever before close to 90 percent.
I know for sure they're still hiring.
Lazard or Moelis?
A friend of mine interned there this past summer. Moelis is still hiring. Their process is later so it's under way but definitely not over. The offer rate was closer to 70% from what I was told
