Morgan Stanley Public Finance vs Cornerstone Research

Hi everyone! I just got offers from both Cornerstone Research (NYC) and Morgan Stanley Public Finance (SF). What do you think would be the better offer to take?

I am interested in both the kind of work they do, so I'm really unsure which one to go with!!!
