Disregard the intern tag, don't remember how to change it. I just started full-time as a 1st year equity research associate out of undergrad at a BB. However, I now find myself wanting to switch over to the Investment Banking Division, primarily as an Equity or even Debt Capital Markets analyst 1. How doable is this switch? What should I do to prepare for a switch like this?
