I had a phone interview with MS HK Capital Markets - Fixed Income division for their summer program. Haven't heard back from them either.
Same here. Haven't heard back, but I know for a fact December 16th is their last day for phone interviews - asked HR.

Apparently 19th the last day we will hear back regardless of outcome. I had my interviews weeks ago, so it's probably a no. Best of luck to you man
