Need Advice on Applying for Summer Analyst Positions
I've been holding off on applying to several places because I've been waiting to get referrals before submitting my applications. My goal is to maximize my chances and avoid immediate rejections. I'm aiming for front office high finance roles, specifically for summer analyst programs.
I’m starting to wonder if this strategy is the best approach or if I should just start applying to as many positions as possible, even if I don’t have a referral lined up yet.
