Need Advice!..Master in Finance looking for entry level in Chicago trading firm..no experience & no programing skills

I'm a Master in Finance graduate with no prior trading (or finance) experience, with no programing skills; looking for an entry level position in a trading firm in Chicago.

I really want any/all advice on how I can do this. Does anybody know of any trading firms that might take somebody with a Master's education without experience or programming knowledge?? I am already aware of the firms listed bellow..

IMC, Optiver, Group 1, Wolverine, Mako, Tibra, Eldorado, Breakwater, Chopper, Peak 6, Gelber, Timber Hill, Infinium, TransMarket Group, DRW, Jump Trading..

I am looking for anything that can get me into the industry..a training program would be great

I want to be a trader, and I'm not against learning programming, but I just want to find a firm that will give me a start. What trading firms in Chicago would give somebody with no prior experience or computer programing skills a job??
