need career change from Assistant Controller

I am a Assistant Controller at my current job- Desperately need to get out . Growth and money is stagnant need a career change and advise on where am I a fit in the banking industry- is it IB, portfolio mgmt. , mortgage , m & a - not sure where I fit I have an MBA in Finance and 10 yrs of experience in Finance and accounting field - The industry I have worked is Retail. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
