Need help deciding between offers, I am not focused on comp I am focused on experience.

I currently have two offers and it’s looking like I’m going to get two more.

Offer 1: Middle Market Corporate Banking highest salary out of all the offers.

Offer 2: Hedge fund in Connecticut ($400M AUM). I’d work directly with three PMs. The team is fewer than 10 people, and I feel like I’d learn a lot all the PMs have 25+ years of experience in the hedge fund industry super experienced and seem very sharp.

Interviewed: Real Estate Portfolio Management in Scottsdale, AZ only two days a week in person seems chill nothing crazy

Interviewed: Real Estate Private Equity Analyst ($150M AUM) growing fast and one of the best performing funds in the country for its size and niche. They’re also very generous with compensation the founder is superrrr generous with carry because hes planning to retire in the next 5 years and he told me I could move up very quickly if I preform well.

I’d really appreciate your advice on what to do.
Right now, I’m leaning toward the hedge fund offer, but I’m honestly in between. The REPE role seems really solid I love real estate, and I know the founder is super generous with carry. The corporate banking offer also seems great I know a lot of people in those seats eventually exit to private credit.

Thanks in advance for your advice!
