Need help ? How do you do it ?

Hello everyone, I am about to start the last year of my studies and obtain my master, I'm 21. I am in the top2 BS in my country (france). I have done 2 inters ships in m&a and then PE BUT I really am worried about what's next. How are junior analyst so good on a technical side. I don't get how you are supposed to know all of these things that they know before they even work ? I don't feel like school has taught me what | am supposed ti know to work in IB. Do people work on their sides to become better on a technical side? Do they learn by practicing on their first job ? Thanks for the people who will take the time to read and answer. I am afraid for my (work) life. Maybe I'm just stupid and those things should be known now.. Please answer, Thankkk you
