Need help on Job Search

Hello,

I graduated from a Top 50 school with honors (cum laude) and am looking to break into consulting. I am looking at tier 1 and tier 2 firms. I am also looking at business development roles at tech companies. The reason I am posting this is because I am an international student and am in the process of getting my green card next year. As a result, I held off on my job search and will be working at an e-commerce startup when I get my OPT. I have internship experience working in real estate and would have business development experience when I start working. I am curious to know how should I approach recruiting since I am not familiar how the process looks like for people who are out of school.

Would appreciate any advice.
