Need Help Writing Boutique IB experience on resume!

Hello all! I am a recent college grad from a target school. During my time at school I did not recruit for IB which was a huge mistake largely due to the fact that I never had an internship prior to going there ( I transferred in from a community college).

I was lucky enough to score an internship over the summer for this fall at a small regional boutique in the south. As I've been there for around two months I've come to realize I no longer want to work at this bank and would like to take a shot at a bank in Manhattan.

I'm currently doing sell side M&A and I really need help how to phrase my experience here at this bank because I never wrote an investment banking blurb on my resume. Below is a list of what I feel would be suitable, for my experience for the position, as well written in my own words. I would love to get some feedback on this as my resume is looking tip top except for this one section. Please let me know what you think, and if you have any more advice or tips how to improve it that would be greatly appreciated. I want to start applying ASAP, and at this point I feel I might just go ahead with what I have but I don't want to sound  dumb about what I wrote.

“over 6 companies” “over 4 deals” - What are you trying to say here - 7 and 5? Because it seems like an odd way of saying 7 and 5?

Also this phrase “Constructed lists” is a very bare way of saying something. Did you have to do research for this? Maybe you could put “Successfully researched” instead. Throw some positivity in there.

Yeah when I wrote this I was over compensating, I have changed it, and got many first rounds. It sounds less retarded not gonna lie now. I made it like " Constructed a list of strategic and financial buyers, and corresponded to all suitors a XYZ industry acquisition.
