Need Urgent advice. Have a job starting Monday but just received a way better offer.
I had signed with regional bank and was supposed to start on Monday. I just got a call from my dream job but they wan't me to start ASAP. Within the first month I can quit my current job without any legal repercussions.
I can either start working one week and try to explain the situation. Or quit today and hope for the best.
The second offer is more than 50% higher and has a lot more benefits. It's not even close. Any advice?
