Networking for FT during SA

Gonna be a SA at a well known bank. Hoping to get a return offer but I also want to try recruiting with other places for FT. Would people really care if they found out I was going on coffee chats and applying at other firms? I know it would be different for a full time analyst but I’m wondering about SAs specifically. Should I avoid networking with people that have connections at my bank/would someone try to inform people I work with about this
