Long time lurker, first time poster. I've been at my current firm for a year and have been putting meaningful effort into lateraling (Research role) - it's been somewhat of a grind. I'm not making too much progress getting into recruiting processes, but it seems like networking, cold emailing specifically, has been more successful for me than ever. I'm fully cognizant that WFH is a completely different dynamic but just wanted to see if anyone has had similar experiences in job searching and networking since March.
