No return offer - what’s next?

It’s been a super long road to get here. Started at CC, transferred to a target, got the internship, and now… no return. And in a shitty market too, so prospects of re-recruiting seem doomed. Absolutely crushed and can’t shake this feeling of hopelessness.

Not sure what the next steps are. Any advice is appreciated.

You can fucking do it.

  • You grinded at a CC to get into a target
  • You got an SA offer

Think of the acceptance rate for the transfers at your school. Think of how many SA candidates got rejected. They chose YOU because people see something in you. You’re forgetting how special you are.

Take a cold shower, say a prayer, and build a spreadsheet to start tracking your full time prospects and networking activity.

Find out who’s hiring and EXECUTE. Do NOT settle for anything less.
