I submitted my application a few days ago and only got the "thank you for your application, etc." email so far.
However, I haven't received an invitation for a numerical test as well. Maybe they check the applications first and then send out the numericals? Seems odd to me though..
At least online applications are open since early August.
Greenhill already had first round telephone interviews and sent out invitations for second rounds. Some banks seem to start earlier than others.
