Off-cycle Case Study Help!

Have an in person assesment center for an offcycle internhsip coming up which includes several interviews, a group element and an individual Case Study. I have been told that the case study is about a firm considering acquisition of another company and I would be an "advisor". Given I have been given an hour to prepare the case study, with no access to internet etc, how would you go about structuring your ppt and which elements of modelling should I do, given lack of internet access? Thx!
