Offers - MM IB or Family Office

Hi,

Currently at a boutique bank and recently got two offers: one generalist analyst role at a MM IB and the other is at a family office doing growth equity investments, both in the same tier one city so COL would be the same and comp is nearly identical. I am torn on if I should take the IB offer to give me a better shot at exit opps a year from now or just take the family office offer where I would probably have a better work-life balance but would not be certain how appealing it would look for business school. Any advice is appreciated and happy to give additional details over PM.
