On-Cycle Applicant Scoring

Have heard that on-cycle is a more “holistic” interview process where many things are taken into consideration when screening applicants. How are the below traits ranked when looking at a prospective buyside applicant?

(NOT IN ORDER)

1.) Firm Name/Group 2.) School 3.) Deal experience 4.) GPA 5.) Behavioral Interview/Culture Fit 6.) Technical/Model/Case Study Interview 7.) Networking 8.) etc

The best candidates are going to have all of these, but what parts will make/break an applicant? Truly based on interview performance or will other factors, such as school or firm name affect how well the process goes
