Panicking- 0/3 in superday interviews.
I've had three superdays for Asset Management and IB, and I haven't passed one. I'm currently a junior at an ivy. I have one more superday for asset management, but my confidence couldn't be lower after these previous results. Any tips anyone?
Keep working on it. I have been to 4 superdays (MS/ML/BNP/Nomura) and no offers yet. Keep hustling and when the opportunity comes, grab it.

Grow a pair and keep going to put it bluntly. Rejection happens, these roles are incredibly competitive in recruiting. A friend in college went 1/9 for superdays between the last 2 years. Guess what that 1 was which he finally got? Goldman IBD SA. I'm 0/2 for this year and potentially 0/3 depending on one I did last week. Start networking heavily with boutiques that don't offer formal internship programmes.

Well what do you want? Someone to put you on the back and tell you everything will be fine? These positions are incredibly hard to get, many people don't make it past their first few Superdays / Assessment Centres. Keep positive and keep going. You're not going to solve anything by feeling down, there's not many tips that can be offered other than that. There's no magic solution.
