Please help with internships!!!

Rising sophomore at target. I already went through my school's career site, etc and have received very few responses (most looking for rising juniors/seniors :/). I have a few questions:

When cold emailing a boutique, do you recommend mentioning internships right off the bat if it’s alumni? Also, do you recommend attaching a resume if it’s alumni?

Hey, I apologize since this has been asked before but I am still unclear from the responses, is it too late now to reach out to boutiques for summer internships?

And if I do get an informal internship offer, how do I follow up? Will they ever offer me one over email or the phone and then go back on it?

What are some good questions to ask during an interview for an internship?

Thank you so much in advance!!!!
