Pre Internship Wall Street Prep Exams

Before my internship starts next week we had to do Wall Street prep courses and exams. I did pretty poorly across the board. I failed the crash course excel exam. And I failed the retake too. Am I screwed for my internship before it even starts in terms of being crossed out from any potential of getting a return offer?

No. You aren't screwed. That isn't a great sign but there is a lot more to the job, and a lot more to getting a return offer, than being able to model what WSP asks you to do. In reality, as an intern, you will most likely be handling other things. It is relatively rare for an intern to do the type of work that WSP tests on. At least with any meaningful frequency. With that being said, you should put in the work and try to improve anyways. You will eventually need to be able to handle that type of work.
