Pre-Recorded Interview Passed Deadline - what should I do?

I submitted my pre-recorded interview late, and even though it was 5 questions (and email said should've taken 5 minutes), it took me like an hour. I experienced a technical difficulty and took a break, but then I managed to resolve it. The screen says my video responses were successfully submitted, but I did not receive an email confirmation. What should I do? Thanks!
