prepping for 'EB' interviews
thinking about lateraling - have first rounds at a few 'elite boutiques' (yeah I know no one says that). I've been told the accounting technicals get tough - I was wondering how you guys would recommend prepping?
400Qs still hit all the topics, just be able to go more in depth.
Also be ready to build a DCF, an LBO, and a merger model.
