Quant at Prop shop or investment bank?
Just got quant research intern offers from a top prop shop(say Jane Street, Optiver, DRW etc) and a investing bank(say Morgan Stanley, Citi Group etc.). Which one is better? Personally, I think in prop shop you are more likely to learn more but banks have better resource. Haven't compared their pay for full time position. If someone knows, could you share?
