Quant at Prop shop or investment bank?
Just got quant research intern offers from a top prop shop(say Jane Street, Optiver, DRW etc) and a investing bank(say Morgan Stanley, Citi Group etc.). Which one is better?
Personally, I think in prop shop you are more likely to learn more but banks have better resource.
Haven't compared their pay for full time position. If someone knows, could you share?

You think prop shop>IBD?
Heard that it's easier to go to IBD from prop shop than the opposite. Is that the truth?
